Received order on Saturday but ordered the wrong color (the orange was a bit too dark). I emailed customer service, received a reply in less than 24 hrs (on a SUNDAY!), and a new hoodie was shipped out by Monday with a prepaid shipping label to return the previous. Excellent customer service. If you want the perfect hoodie, the Highlander full zip hoodie is extremely soft. Not too thick, not too thin...just right. I'm already planning another order. **As stated on the website, order a size larger just to be safe**

Top product . Am delighted will be back for more colors. Can not speak highly enough of the customer service. I order the wrong size within days the correct size was on my door step if only everything was so easy . Great company.

and was wanting this one...he loves it!

I do mean warm, 23 degree hike last weekend and I had a thin base later and this hoodie on and was more than warm enough. Light enough to allow some air to dry the sweat and solid enough so the wind isn't blowing through. Easy to pack away when you aren't wearing it. I might get a bigger size next time just to give myself a little more room if I had a few layers underneath, I wear and XL and that's the size I ordered.

At first glance it looked like something I would rip in the first week. A month later of daily use and the soft, waffle pattern continues to hold up. The warmth to weight ratio is the best I have experienced and I look forward to winter and further life of my hoodie.
