The Highlander Hoodie Full Zip is fantastic - lightweight, warm, and incredibly comfortable. The fit is athletic without being too tight, and the quality is top-notch, just what I’ve come to expect from Burgeon Outdoor. It layers perfectly under a shell or works great on its own for cool mornings and evenings. I’ve been wearing it nonstop since it arrived and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

No, really. Not only is it screen-printed locally in NH, it holds up well under multiple washings and the printing doesn't fade. (Don't dry t-shirts in the dryer as a regular rule, though. Hang em up!) They're sharp and I receive compliments on the ones I own (I have four) and I can't take credit for any of them. If you have not purchased one yet, you definitely should. You will hike faster and climb higher and skies will seem bluer.

I completed the triple crown in 2017 and I have hiked the Appalachian trail more than twice and in totality I have probably hiked over 50,000 miles worldwide and that's no embellishment I only say all of that to establish the fact that my kit matters that is to say the clothing that I carry into the high mountains can either leave me stranded or carry me across the summit to the other side I am grateful that your company is making a product that is able to be not only functional but mostly non-existent on my back when I have to carry it I thank you for making it with the quality that one hopes to have when he special orders and item and it is made here in the US I hope your company continues to thrive I will be a great advocate for your product while hiking any of the trails worldwide thanks again for reading my review of this product it is a good piece to add to your kids the hoodie is big enough so that you can really move and still have vision it is wide enough around the waist so that you don't feel like you're going to rip the material when you put it on it is functional in that you could sleep in it and or hike in it.. very soft against the skin it almost feels like some designer material that you would find at a ridiculous European fashion designer store. I don't feel like I'm going to rip it when I put it on my body I've not felt that way about past alpha material I've purchased from other companies it feels like it will be with me for a while and longevity truly matters in my life as a minimalist who enjoys being able to say that everything I own in this world fits in a 70 liter pack and I can carry it with me through even the Himalayas if I wanted to this hoodie will be brought with me to many places God willing and I believe he is for I believe that we were all made to marvel over his beautiful creation in your hoodie will help me to do just that so I thank you and I pray for your prosperity as a company here in the US

The Alpha Direct 120 Hoodie weighs in at about 1/2 lb. but takes the place of both a puffy jacket and a light, super breathable insulation layer depending on whether a wind jacket is worn over it or not. On many hikes it can be worn from start to finish this way. Fabric is amazing!

Burgeon Washington fleece jacket fits great, is a very interesting design and has beautiful functionality! Also had a very attractive price and is extremely warm for just about any winter adventure.

This shirt is going to become a go-to. It's like my favorite tech tees from Rabbit, Black Diamond, and Salomon. It's comfortable, fits well, and has already demonstrated how well it performs on a 92 degree day with 70 some percent humidity. Glad I stopped in to get a few!

I purchased the Alpha Direct 90 Hoodie in a size large (I am almost always a size medium) based on some customer reviews/comments. It was way too big and I decided on another color. I reached out by email about a return/exchange and a new hoodie, size medium, was sent to me with a prepaid return label for the exchange. No waiting for me to return the large. Totally satisfied. Highly recommend.

Definitely will keep you warm down into the 40s while hiking. Water proofing works well - already used it during a rain storm. Glad I purchased it. Light weight too
