I love the fabric, the texture/pattern is much nicer than the plain shiny polyester that a lot of sun shirts are made from. The fit is great - two thumbs up for offering tall sizes, that's a huge plus for me!

I love this shirt. It’s light though robust - the texture of the material doesn’t make you worry you will snag or chafe it with backpack straps and belts etc. I got orange - it’s a terrific color with some yellowish touches in it. The short is very comfortable and moves well with you. The hood on mine is large and loose/floppy so it is susceptible to wind and can blow off and it can sort of get in the way but it covers the head well and easily fits over a cap. I love the feel and function of the raglan sleeves. No thumb holes if that matters to you. Doesn’t to me. Just an excellent, functional and cool looking shirt.

This hoodie is the right combination of warmth and breathability. I often dont need any other layers!

This is the second purchase I have made the first being the zip up sweatshirt. I love both of them . The tee shirt is light weight and I like the fit loose but not too loose. I also like the length, some tee shirts seem too long on me. Kinda wished I bought the 3 pack. Can’t wait to wear it on a trip to the Canadian Rockies.

My new favorite hiking shirt. Just went to store and bought another in a smaller size. 7 days on the Appalachian trail in Georgia and this shirt held up really well. It’s very light and drys really fast. Seemed odor resistant as well.

It's still chilly up here in Washington and I was looking for something breathable and knew about Alpha 90 material but didn't know where to find a product in stock. I'm blown away by the company and the product. It got here in less than a week, the product is well made, and unbelievably warm for how light it is. Hope to stop by the shop if I'm ever in NH.

I have been looking into getting an Alpha direct hoodie and was very happy to be able to make my purchase from a local NH company.
I have worn it on a few hikes now (cold, wet May) and really like the product. So soft! Very breathable if worn alone or with a tank top underneath. Warmer if worn with a long sleeve base layer or a wind shirt. Very versatile product (I got the 90 weight) in cool weather.
It does seem a little fragile, so handle with care.
Size up if you are in between sizes.

The hoodies is very soft and comfortable. Ordered up as recommended and it has room to add a base layer without being bulky.

2x Hoodie fits comfortably. Great material, warmth, and long arm length for these spring nights. The only ask would be the addition of thumbholes; I may seek a tailor to make it happen. haha
